As part of the SMS Project and in collaboration with the Research Executive Agency (REA) of the European Commission, ZALF organized the online Soil Cluster Day on 13.01.2021. 28 H2020 projects and European Commission representatives participated.
Aim of the event was to advance and implement the new Horizon Europe Mission in the area of Soil Health and Food. An online survey, workshops and discussions helped to gather ideas and information around the layout and implementation of the Horizon Europe Mission. The event yielded valuable and novel insights that fostered both the Horizon Europe Mission and the SMS project.
