Scientific Meeting Centre (WBZ)
The Scientific Meeting Centre (WBZ) is an international venue and also serves as a guesthouse for national and international guests of ZALF. It offers short-term accommodations close to the ZALF Campus for guests, scientists, scholarship holders, and students. We offer a modern guesthouse meeting all of today`s requirements. Overall, 27 comfortable furnished apartments in different sizes are available at cost-covering price.

The publication-related services of literature and information supply (library) and the support as well as the documentation of ZALF publications (publication management) closely work together at ZALF. The profile of literature and information supply thus is derived from the publication activities of the institution.

Central Laboratory
The ZALF Central Laboratory provides analytical services to all ZALF institutes and their research projects. In doing so, it supports research on topics specific to ZALF and on fundamental relationships within ZALF’S Core Topics. Using modern analytical techniques and methods, some 2,000 plant samples, 5,000 soil samples and 4,500 water samples are analysed per year.
