The Assembly of Members is the supreme body of the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) .
At meetings held at least once a year, resolutions are passed on
- the acceptance of proposed members,
- the appointment and recall of the Scientific Director and members of the Scientific Advisory Council,
- approval of the medium-term framework research programme,
- approval of the draft budget,
- adoption of the Annual Report and the Financial Report, including the discharge of the Executive Committee,
- amendments to the Statutes and the dissolution of the association.
