On 12 February 2020 Dr. Jha successfully defended her dissertation via Zoom (due to Covid-19) at the Life Sciences Faculty of the Humboldt University of Berlin.
Dr. Jha's work focuses on the adoption and scaling-up of climate-smart agricultural technologies for increasing agricultural productivity and adapting to climate change. Her methodological expertise is in statistical analysis, modeling and quantifying the decision-making process. Her research work, presentation and the discussion that followed were unanimously judged to be excellent.
