Embedding Agro-Ecosystem Living Labs in Landscapes
Building on the momentum of the first two Agroecosystem Living Labs (IF-ALL) forums in Montreal (2023) and Bordeaux (2025), the third IF-ALL forum will take place in Potsdam from 8–10 September 2027, coinciding with the fourth LANDSCAPE 2027 event. Organized by ZALF, INRAE, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), and CGIAR, and supported by the Agroecology Partnership, the forum will focus on progress in establishing and institutionalizing Living Labs at the landscape scale.
A special feature of this edition is the integration of the IF-ALL Forum with LANDSCAPE, an established international conference series on agricultural landscape research. With the overarching theme of 'Embedding Agro-Ecosystem Living Labs in Landscapes', the event will bring together living lab actors to exchange knowledge and experiences on agroecosystem Living Labs embedded in landscapes as spaces for co-creation, experimentation and transformation.
The call for contributions will open in autumn 2026.
