FAIRagro - the consortium in the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) for research data in agrosystems research - introduces itself with an article in "Informatik Spektrum" (https://doi.org/10.1007/s00287-022-01520-w).
FAIRagro will improve cross-institutional, interdisciplinary, and cross-scale research in the field of agrosystems research through an improved research data infrastructure. Objectives of FAIRagro are (1) support and advice on research data management, (2) a central search portal for research data in the field of agrosystems research, and (3) networking of existing data repositories.
