LTE Schema

We are pleased to announce that the “BonaRes LTE Schema” is now finalized and publicly available (https://doi.org/10.20387/bonares-jrhx-r965). Now authors of LTE data can enter detailed metadata in a standardized way and manage their datasets efficiently. The ZALF RDM team supports open access and reuse of structured data from long-term field experiments (LTE) via the BonaRes Repository (www.bonares.de).

Together with the community, we have developed a data schema to ensure that data can be analyzed comprehensively across LTE. This innovative data schema is applicable to a large number of other field trials in addition to the LTE and facilitates project and data management. For example, structured data and metadata regarding yields, management, and environmental factors are recorded and published.
