LTE-Datenaufbereitung: koordiniertes Arbeiten und Beratung vor Ort

Long-term field trials (LTE) provide an irreplaceable source of data for science with their static design and lifespan of more than 20 years. To facilitate the reuse of such time-series data, our team (FAIRagro DSSC: https://fairagro.net/helpdesk) supports the publication of LTE data in the BonaRes Repository (www.bonares.de).

In this regard, we are pleased to announce the release of data from another significant LTE. TheCrops such as winter wheat, grain maize, winter wheat, winter rapeseed, and winter barley are cultivated sequentially and side by side in crop rotation. The differently managed soils (conservation vs. conventional tillage) are either intensively managed according to common practice regarding nitrogen fertilization and pesticide use or extensively farmed with reduced nitrogen fertilization, no fungicides, and no growth regulators (further info: LTE BonaRes).

Overall, there are now 8 LTE available for download in the BonaRes Repository (V140, Dikopshof, Seehausen, Dürnast, Rauischholzhausen, Darmstadt-Field E, Darmstadt-Field A, Bernburg). A comprehensive overview of all European LTE can be found on our LTE overview map (https://tools.bonares.de/ltfe). If you are interested, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to support you in the publication as well.
