On November 15, 2022, the management of agrathaer GmbH and the Executive Board of the Leibniz Center for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Thus, agrathaer GmbH and ZALF will go organizationally separate ways from 01 January 2023. agrathaer GmbH was founded in 2011 as a subsidiary of ZALF to make research results usable for politics, practice and society.
Since its foundation as a subsidiary of ZALF in 2011, agrathaer has developed so successfully that the long common path of agrathaer and ZALF is moving to the next level by mutual agreement. With the cooperation agreement, agrathaer and ZALF also ensure future strategic cooperation. The coordination of the transfer processes at ZALF will be taken over by the newly created transfer office in the directorate.
