Geodata as well as a site description of the Teaching and Research Station (LFS) in Thyrow are now publicly available (https://doi.org/10.20387/BONARES-VCTH-3A25) in the BonaRes Repository.
This serves as an important milestone in the project of data digitization in the collaboration between ZALF and the Humboldt University of Berlin and a port and focus area to which future data publications can be linked. LFS Thyrow manages multiple agronomic research experiments, some of which long-term experiments initiated in 1937.
This publication coincides with the release of the geometries and field descriptions of the static nutrient deficiency experiments of LFS Thyrow D41 (https://doi.org/10.20387/BONARES-8BDC-4844) and D42 (https://doi.org/10.20387/BONARES-EPRK-BJ95), the fields on which this project concentrates. Soon more exciting datasets related to these sites will be released, such as the Field D42 experiment since 1998 with continuous winter rye monoculture.
