
Helene Rieckh, Ph.D. student at the Institute of Soil Landscape Research , finished her Ph.D. thesis entitled
"Hydropedological analysis of erosion-affected soils in a hummocky groundmoraine landscape - interactions of water flow, dissolved carbon and particle transport, crop growth, and pedogenesis"
at the University of Potsdamon on May 3rd 2017. (magna cum laude)
The doctorate was supervised by PD Dr. H. H. Gerke and Prof. Dr. M. Sommer in the framework of CarboZALF.
Being Ph.D. representative during her stay at the ZALF, Helene Rieckh was honored by former Ph.D. students with a creatively designed doctoral cap.
