Ziel ist es, Empfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung des politischen Instrumentariums zu formulieren, die eine verbesserte Abstimmung einzelner Sektorpolitiken im Hinblick auf die Realisierung von Klima- und Naturschutzzielen ermöglichen.</span></div> <div><span class="erstespalte">Um die Wirkungen landwirtschaftlicher Produktionsmethoden als auch die Wirkungen politischer Instrumente bezüglich eines verbesserten Natur- und Klimaschutzes im Bereich der Landwirtschaft zu bewerten, werden zunächst die bestehenden Anreiz- und Steuerungsinstrumente sowie die technischen Maßnahmen zusammengestellt und systematisiert. Auch innovative Ansätze werden hierbei berücksichtigt (AP1). </span></div> <p style="text-align&#58;left;"><span class="erstespalte">Anschließend werden die Projektkonzeption sowie eine Auswahl an Politikszenarien im Rahmen von zwei Workshops und einer Delphi-Befragung mit Experten diskutiert und mittels sozialempirischer Forschungsmethoden bewertet (AP2 I und II). </span><span class="erstespalte">Gleichzeitig werden die Workshops als Plattform zur Diskussion der Modellierungsergebnisse genutzt, welche aufbauend auf der Analyse der Agrarstatistik, GIS- und, soweit verfügbar, InVeKoS-Daten die Untersuchung der Wirkungen einzelner Politikinstrumente auf Natur- und Klimaschutz ermöglichen. Hierbei besteht ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf der Flächenwirksamkeit der Maßnahmen (AP3).<br></span><span class="erstespalte">Auf Grundlage der vorangegangenen Analyseschritte werden schließlich Schlussfolgerungen hinsichtlich der klima- und naturschutzfachlichen Effizienz politischer Instrumente als auch ihrer Wechselwirkungen untereinander gezogen. The project’s overall goal is to derive recommendations for further development of policy instruments, fostering improved coordination of various sectoral policies that are related to the implementation of climate protection and nature conservation objectives.</span></span>&#160;</div> <div><span class="erstespalte"><span lang="EN-GB">In order to evaluate the effects of agricultural production methods as well as the effects of policy instruments with regard to improving nature and climate protection in the field of agriculture, first the existing incentive and control instruments and the technical measures are compiled and systematized. These results allow the evaluation of the effects of individual policy instruments on nature and climate, focusing on the measures’ spatial effectiveness (WP3).<br></span></span><span class="erstespalte"><span lang="EN-GB">Based on these analysis steps, conclusions about the policy instruments’ efficiency regarding climate and nature conservation are drawn, with a special emphasis on their interactions with each other.
