The internationally staffed Community Advisory Board (CAB) advises the FAIRagro consortium of the National Research Data Infrastructure, coordinated by ZALF and led by Frank Ewert as spokesperson.
At the second physical CAB meeting on June 2-3 in Berlin, the FAIRagro Steering Committee informed the board about project progress, evaluated current results and developments, and developed recommendations for action for the design of FAIRagro Data Services. Six CAB members, including the founder of the FAIR principles, Mark D. Wilkinson (University of Madrid), attended in person. During both days, intensive and successful sessions provided valuable insights into visibility, user needs, international positioning, KPIs/reporting, and the design of a second project phase, which will be very helpful for our work in the coming months.
