The aim of the post-doc phase is to help you to further sharpen your academic profile. During this phase, you will write your own publications, increasingly take on courses and supervise final theses. You can also expand your scientific network by spending time abroad and participating in international conferences. ZALF encourages you to lead major project/work packages as a post-doc or to gain funding for your own projects.

Take a look at our job vacancies, apply speculatively with the supervisor of one of our projects or look out for our funding opportunities.

You can also get to know ZALF on one of our Open Days or on ZALF PhD Day.
