ZALF’s most important
resource is its well-qualified staff.
The small team under
the leadership of Mr. Bolick assists in administrative personnel matters and
all other matters concerning personnel management.
The central tasks of
this team include the support of qualified personnel recruitment and
human relations, planning and
management of personnel expenditure in reflection of the financial
conditions, payroll, the definition of job descriptions and their
assessment, and the administrative organization of vocational training and
education and continued education.
