AddOn_View
The view methods are linked with the two dimensional view. But there are some
interesting options to know. The zoom method is a bit simple and will be
improved in the next version of SAMT. To use it, the left button of the mouse
must be pressed in the upper left corner of the region of interest (roi) and
held. Please release this button on the lower right corner of roi and click on
the "Zoom_out" symbol. To return to the normal view, please click on the
"Zoom_in" symbol.
- Color: toggles between black and white and colored view. Green color
stands for high values, red color for low values.
- Contour: shows contour lines for 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 of the maximum value
remark: for a better view only big grids with more than 300*300 grid points
can have a contour lines
- Relative: allows to show negative values
- Select: shows grayed region between values min:P1 and max:P2
- Absolute_Scale: uses a scale from 0..1 as default or the scale 0..P1 as
color scale
- Difference: shows the difference between map1 in P1 and map2 in P2, green
stands for positive values, red for negative values
- Show grid lines: shows additional lines over the graphical output; this
maybe a help to evaluate simulation results or to evaluate maps
- Save_Zoom_As_Mask generates a new grid containing a 0/1 mask of
preselected zoom region. This mask can be used to calculate statistics within
in selected region of a map
