MEA-Scope involves environmental, socio-economic and agronomic sciences in 9 culturally different countries across Europe. Because of its interdisciplinary and multinational nature, sophisticated project co-ordination is of crucial importance for the project progress.
It is composed of the following items
- a clear-cut project structure of 7 work packages
- a management structure on three levels of organisation, based on the consortium agrrement
- a consistent set of management instruments for operational planning, communication, controlling, reporting and dissemination
- a professional monitoring process on project co-ordination
